Butikkene må behandle forbrukerens ordre på hverdager mandag til fredag, og forbrukeren må ha mottatt produktet innen 16 virkedager (helligdager mandag til fredag) fra bestillingsbekreftelsen er sendt til forbrukeren med mindre annet er angitt i produktannonsen og i kassen på kjøpstidspunktet.
